How much does bookkeeping cost?

Every business is different, so pricing is based on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and the services you need. After a quick free consultation, you'll get a clear, flat monthly quote — no surprises and no hourly meter running.

Which accounting software do you use?

Primarily QuickBooks Online, where I'm a certified ProAdvisor. If you already use another platform, we can talk through the best fit during your consultation.

Do you work with businesses outside of Arizona?

Yes. Basecamp is based in Phoenix, Arizona but works with small businesses across the United States. Everything is handled securely and remotely.

I'm behind on my books — can you still help?

Absolutely. Catch-up and cleanup is one of my core services. I'll get months or years of records current and accurate, then keep them that way with ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
